These terms apply to WaterVO pre-orders placed on watervo.com.

Shipping timeline

Pre-orders ship in an estimated 6–8 weeks from the date of your order. If we can't ship within that 6–8 week window, we'll tell you before then, give you a new estimated date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. Free shipping anywhere in the US.

Launch pricing

Orders placed through November 1, 2026 get launch pricing. After that date, the regular price shown on the product page applies.

Cancellations before shipping

You can cancel any time before your unit ships for a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, email us at info@watervo.com.

After delivery

After delivery, you're covered by our 30-day return guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Every unit includes a 1-year warranty.
