Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your WaterVO system. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

This applies to every product sold on watervo.com, including other brands we carry, pre-orders and units bought at launch pricing. There are no exclusions for sale or launch prices, and your unit doesn't need to be unused or have tags attached.

Before your order ships: you can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. See our Pre-Order Terms.

Spout: Spout comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

How to return: email info@watervo.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address. Please pack the unit securely, in its original packaging if you still have it. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item: inspect your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away with photos and we'll make it right.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few business days to post it.

Warranty: WaterVO systems include a 1-year warranty; other brands are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.
