About water output: the unit makes water from the moisture in the air, so it makes more in warm, humid air and less in cool, dry air.

  • In cool rooms the unit may pause to defrost. This is normal.

8. Cleaning and tank sanitizing

What How often
Washable air filter Coming soon
Water tanks Coming soon
Drip tray Empty and wipe every few days
Outside Soft damp cloth as needed; no harsh cleaners

9. Leak sensor

A leak sensor in the base watches for water. If it alerts and there is water on the floor near the unit, plug or outlet, do not touch the unit or the plug. Switch off the circuit breaker for that outlet first. When the area is dry and safe, unplug the unit, dry the area and check the drip tray and drains. If the alert returns, stop using the unit and contact WaterVO support.

What the unit does when the leak sensor trips (alarm, display code, shut-off).
